7.12.1 Fixed Line SMS [12-1]

When outside (CO) line calls are received from a Short Message Service (SMS) centre, the PBX will route incoming calls to specific single line telephones (SLTs) that support SMS according to an SMS Routing Table. To specify outside (CO) line or extension jack numbers in the SMS Routing Table, click CO lines or Extension jacks button respectively. The outside (CO) line or extension jack numbers at the bottom of the window can be dragged and dropped to be placed on or removed from the CO or Extension columns respectively. Location numbers can also be specified by double-clicking each outside (CO) line or extension jack number at the bottom of the window.

SMS Centre Number for Receiving

Specifies the SMS centre number from which SMS centre calls will be received.

Max. 16 digits (consisting of 0–9, asterisk.gif, and #)

Specifies the extension jack numbers for each location. Each location can have a maximum of 8 extensions. The extension name and number are shown with the jack number.

The location numbers can also be specified by double-clicking each outside (CO) line or extension jack number at the bottom of the 7.12.1 Fixed Line SMS [12-1] screen.
